By accessing our website, booking a trial class, or enrolling in any course, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.

By using our website or enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Our online Quran classes are open to students of all ages. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for registering students under the age of 18.
3. Enrollment
Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment.
4. Free Trial Classes
We offer a 3-Day Free Trial Class to help students experience our teaching method before enrolling. Completing the trial does not obligate you to purchase a course.
5. Class Scheduling
Students are requested to pay their monthly tuition fees on time to ensure uninterrupted online Quran classes.
6. Missed & Makeup Classes
If a class is missed due to technical issues, emergencies, or teacher availability, a makeup class will be arranged at a mutually convenient time. Students should notify us in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled class.
7. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the initial payment. Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. No refunds are available after the eligible period or for completed classes.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, lesson plans, recordings, videos, and website content are the property of Al Furqan Quran Institute and are provided for personal educational use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, we are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by internet outages, technical issues, third-party platforms, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
