Payment Policy

At Al Furqan Quran Institute, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and fair payment system for all students and parents. This Payment Policy outlines our billing practices, refund rules, fee structure, and payment communication guidelines.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through standard international channels. Specific methods (e.g., bank transfers, Wise, or remittance services) are shared with each student privately via our coordination team on WhatsApp.

Note: Please do not share payment details with any teacher. All payment matters are handled directly by our coordinator.

2. Accepted Currencies & Payment Calculation

All course fees are quoted in USD for consistency.

  • Payments are made in your local currency (PKR, EUR, AED, AUD, etc.)

  • The amount due will be calculated based on the current exchange rate at the time of billing

3. Payment Schedule

  • Fees are submitted in advance every month

  • All payments must be made on or before the 5th of each month

  • Access to classes will only be granted once payment is received

4. Payment Reminders & Class Access

  • Students will receive one reminder for pending payments

  • If payment is still not received after the reminder, classes will be paused without further notice

  • To resume classes, payment must be cleared in full

5. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 5 days of your first payment.
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • The student has not attended more than two paid sessions

  • Refund requests must be submitted through WhatsApp to the coordinator

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused classes after 5 days

6. Free Trial Classes

We offer trial classes to help students experience our teaching style:

  • 1 free class for basic courses

  • 2 free classes for advanced courses

There is no charge or obligation to continue after the trial unless you decide to enroll.

7. Sibling Discount Policy

We encourage family learning with the following discounts:

Enroll multiple siblings and save!

  • 10% off for 2 siblings

  • 15% off for 3 siblings

  • 20% off for 4 or more siblings (in the same course)

8. Course Changes and Additional Enrollments

If a student:

  • Shifts to a different course

  • Enrolls in more than one course

Then the fee structure will be adjusted accordingly based on the type, level, and duration of each course.

9. Annual Fee Adjustment

To maintain high-quality teaching and operational standards, all course fees are subject to a 2% annual increase.
All students will be notified in advance of any such adjustments.
