3. Enrollment

There is no age restriction for enrolling in our courses. Students of all ages are welcome to learn with us.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for communication and course setup.

4. Course Access & Payments

All students must choose a plan and submit payment in advance
Monthly payments are due before the 5th of each month
Access to classes begins only after payment is received
If a student changes or adds a course, the fee will be updated accordingly

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund requests must be made within 5 days of initial payment
Refunds are granted only under the conditions stated in our Payment Policy.
No refunds are issued after 5 days or for partially completed courses

6. Free Trial Classes

We offer trial classes with no obligation:

1 free class for basic-level courses
2 free classes for advanced-level courses

Trial classes are designed to help students understand our teaching approach before enrollment.

7. Missed or Postponed Classes

If a class is cancelled, postponed, or missed due to any issue (technical, teacher availability, or emergency):

A makeup class will be arranged based on the mutual availability of the teacher and student.
We are committed to ensuring you receive all scheduled sessions.

8. Sibling Discount Policy

Enroll more, save more!
10% off for 2 siblings
15% off for 3 siblings
20% off for 4 or more siblings (in the same course)

Discounts apply only when all siblings are enrolled together and billed together.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and recordings are the intellectual property of Al Furqan Quran Institute.
They are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, copy, or distribute any materials without written permission.

10. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide truthful information during registration
Not share login credentials or materials with others
Not disrupt or misuse the platform
Never share payment details with teachers — only communicate with our coordinator for all financial matters

11. Limitation of Liability

Al Furqan Quran Institute is not responsible for:

Any losses or damages from your use or inability to use our services
Interruptions due to missed payments, internet issues, or platform outages
Third-party content linked from our site

12. External Links

13. Class Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payments are not received after one reminder
Fraud, misuse, or abuse is detected

14. Annual Fee Adjustment

All course fees are subject to a 2% annual increase.
Students will be notified at least 30 days in advance before any pricing change.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
